SWARANJALI TALWALKAR BIO

Experience : Two decades of experience in Master Data Management and Decision Science, with a distinguished career across India, the UK, and the Middle East, holding key leadership roles at TCS, GE, Barclays, and Morgan Stanley, leading complex data migration and analytics initiatives and global teams. 

Swaranjali Talwalkar is a UAE-based founder, bestselling author, certified wellbeing coach, and mindfulness practitioner whose work lies at the intersection of technology, human potential, and personal transformation. With a master’s in computer applications (Hons.) and deep expertise in Master Data Management and Decision Science, she has built a distinguished career across India, the UK, and the Middle East, holding key roles at TCS, GE, Barclays, and Morgan Stanley, where she led complex data migration and analytics initiatives.

She is also the author of I Know Everything, but…, a bestseller book that reflects her passion for supporting teenagers and families. Drawing from her engagement with diverse, multicultural communities in the UAE, she brings a nuanced understanding of the emotional and psychological challenges faced during formative years.

Her journey into coaching is rooted in a deep understanding of both systems and people. As a career counsellor and growth coach, she works with students, young adults, and professionals to help them make aligned, confident decisions about their future. Blending analytical clarity with emotional intelligence, she empowers individuals to navigate uncertainty, unlock their potential, and build meaningful, purpose-driven careers. Today, she is expanding this mission globally through international business coaching, career counselling, and growth mentoring, guiding individuals toward clarity, resilience, and lasting success in an ever-evolving world.

CHINMAI TALWALKAR BIO

Experience : 23 years of experience as Data & AI leader. Distinguished global career across geographies (Middle East, US, UK, ASEAN and India) and industries. Proven expertise in forming high-performing multi-cultural, multi- generational teams by investing deeply in the growth and development of the professionals he led. 

Chinmai Talwalkar brings over two decades of hands-on management and technology consulting experience to CareerCompass having built, led, and mentored multicultural, high-performing, multi-generational teams across geographies and industries. It is this breadth of experience — working with students, shaping young professionals, and advising seasoned leaders — that forms the foundation of his career counselling practice.

As a Senior Corporate Leader, Chinmai has spent the better part of his career working closely with C-Suite leaders as a trusted advisor giving him a rare, inside-out understanding of what organizations truly look for in the professionals they hire, develop, and promote. For CareerCompass clients — whether a student mapping their future, a young adult entering the workforce, or a professional navigating a transition — this perspective translates into guidance that is grounded in real-world relevance.

A published author of One-Person Leadership — an acclaimed book on leading and inspiring millennial and Gen Z teams through equity, emotion, and empathy — Chinmai has lived and documented complex career challenges and workplace dynamics that todays young professionals and students grapple with. His deeply human-centric leadership philosophy — that every individual is unique and guidance must be tailored accordingly, is the same philosophy that drives every session at CareerCompass.

Currently pursuing a Doctorate in Emerging Technologies with a specialization in Generative AI, Chinmai is uniquely positioned to prepare clients for the evolving demands of a career landscape where technology, AI, and human skills are rapidly converging. In a world where career choices are increasingly shaped by AI and digital transformation, his counsel ensures clients are not just informed — but future-ready.

As a parent, Chinmai has personally navigated the anxieties and decisions that come with guiding a child through academic and career choices — bringing to this practice not just professional expertise, but genuine empathy and lived experience.

Driven by a deep desire to give back, he co-founded CareerCompass with a single purpose — to serve the community by sharing decades of experience, ensuring that no student feels lost, no young adult feels unprepared, and no professional feels stuck — at any stage during their journey from classroom to boardroom.
